The Creative Walk


Do you struggle to come up with creative ideas? When you desperately need inspiration, do you hit a roadblock? Creativity and inspiration are hard to control; however, there are some things you can do to help get the juices flowing.

According to an article published this week on the LifeHacker blog, one of the best ways to open up your creative mind is to take a walk. We spend most of our time sitting at a desk in front of a computer, and while this may be necessary to get work done, it’s not a good environment for creative thinking. Walking gets the blood flowing and exposes you to new sights, sounds, and smells that can open your mind to new ideas. Give it a try the next time you hit a creativity block and see if it works for you.
