  • Tuesday: Keep in mind a reduction in unreimbursed operating expenses when preparing a compelling value proposition to the landlord.  

  • Wednesday: Ways to overcome a common objection like, "Our building is older, so you'd expect it to be less efficient."

  • Thursday: Ways to overcome another common objection like, "We're too busy with other improvements right now." 
     
  • Friday: How there's a strong correlation between energy efficiency and tenant retention. 

  • Saturday: Read this Entrepreneur article on, "The Most Important 20 Minutes of the Day."
